NTDE has the capability and expertise to distribute your brand and product safely, efficiently and competently across the UAE and the region.

Utilising our extensive fleet of fully temperature controlled vehicles and our expansive network of warehouses - suitable for storage at ambient, chilled and frozen temperatures - as well as our impressive technology, we are able to manage every aspect of the distribution chain, from the moment a shipment arrives at the port to the moment the product is stacked on the shelf. Put simply, we ensure your product reaches your customers in perfect condition first time, every time.

As with everything we do at NTDE, quality is at the heart of our distribution operations. We maintain the highest levels of safety and security; our facilities are all HACCP certified and stringently controlled, as well as being monitored by security staff 24 hours a day.

We have a team of dedicated, long-standing, professional staff complemented by the latest state-of-the-art equipment to ensure we are at the forefront of our industry, leading the way.

At NTDE we have the capacity to receive and process some 1,500 shipments per month from both the international and local market, including FCL - full container load - shipments as well as LCL, or less than container load, shipments.

We handle more than 650 20ft equivalent units per month, arriving by land, sea and air, and follow strict temperature controls to ensure all products are handled at the required temperature.

We also boast our own in-house clearance team to ensure timely customs and municipality clearance for all new shipments, and our own fleet of 22 trailers to ensure smooth clearance of containers from the port.

NTDE boasts a comprehensive network of warehouses across the UAE, offering ambient storage for regular products, items stored chilled at +5 degrees and products stored frozen at -23 degrees. We also offer secure warehousing for dry products.

Our main headquarters is located in Rashidiya, Dubai, while five major distribution hubs - Jebel Ali, Dubai Logistics City, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain - ensure every corner is covered.

A meticulous Warehouse Management System offers outstanding control of storage, including individual pallet identification and tracking, inventory cycle counts and regular audits, to maintain 100 per cent inventory accuracy.

Food hygiene is of the utmost importance and all our warehouses are compliant with HACCP specifications. Separation is maintained between food and non-food storage, inventory is stacked in order to enable fast retrieval according to FEFO - First Expiry First Out - and internal audits are carried out monthly, over and above an annual audit from HACCP certifiers, to ensure continued HACCP compliance. Additionally, six-monthly audits are carried out to ensure all warehouses are compliant with current international Quality, Environment and Occupational Health standards as mandated by ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS.

All warehouses are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology to ensure smooth, efficient operations. NTDE is proud to utilise advance material handling equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, stacker and pallet counters, and modernised racking systems such as Full Automation, Drive-In and Selective guarantee your products are treated with the care and respect they deserve.

Security of products stored at NTDE warehouses is of paramount importance and to this end, security services are outsourced to the renowned First Security Group.

All warehouses and other facilities are fully equipped with closed-circuit television monitoring and dedicated Security Supervisors are assigned to patrol all facilities 24 hours a day to ensure safety and security.

All frozen warehouses are equipped with GPS units which monitor temperatures and, in case of any deviation from set temperatures, will notify all in the area of the deviation. Additionally, all warehouse temperatures are logged every six hours.

To maintain security, visitors to all facilities have a designated entrance and a short induction is given prior to allowing access.

We are rightfully proud of our distribution network, known as one of the widest and most reliable in the region. With a total fleet of 460 vehicles we deliver some 1,800 orders per day across the UAE; supplying more than 8,000 supermarkets, hypermarkets and grocery stores, more than 90 gyms and clubs, in excess of 1,000 hotels, restaurants and other catering outlets, 8 duty free zones and more than 300 wholesalers. Orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, 6 to 7 days a week.

All our vehicles are fully temperature controlled and both driver and vehicle are monitored via GPS to enable effective fleet management and vehicle tracking, as well as allowing for remote monitoring and control of vehicle temperature. Any changes in temperature are immediately notified, ensuring consistent temperatures according to requirements.

With such meticulous, consistent operations, we are able to ensure prompt, reliable delivery of your products, in exactly the same condition as they left you and ready for your customers to enjoy.

NTDE is an active distributor and renowned presence in the Travel Retail market across the UAE. Forming strong partnerships with in-demand international brands, we ensure duty free shoppers have access to a wide range of quality products across a number of ranges including confectionery, tobacco and beverages.

Our brand partners in the confectionery sector include Cadbury, and Toblerone, while in the beverage sector we offer (Pokka, Fiji Water, Power Horse, and Al Rabie Juices).

Our thriving tobacco division offers duty free shoppers cigarettes from choice Imperial Tobacco brands such as Davidoff, Gauloises and Gitanes. We offer a number of brands of loose tobacco and cigars - including Golden Virginia, Drum, King Edward and Macanado - and alongside these mainstream products NTDE also distributes Al Wazir sheesha tobacco for shoppers keen on Middle Eastern products.
