LightWhey was born as a result of a team effort, better yet, a family effort following over a year of dedication from the Hourani brothers.

Growing up in Dubai, the three founders exercised, dieted, mixed their protein shakes and went on cheat days together. Health and fitness were family values instilled in them as deeply as any others. After years of benefiting from the fantastic health and fitness community in Dubai they felt like it was time for them to give something back.
